Pauline Vasold

Pauline E. Vasold, age 77, of St. Louis, MI died Monday, February 15, 2010 at Masonic Pathways in Alma, MI.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis Chapel on Thursday, February 18, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. Pastor Keith Wise will officiate. Burial will take place at Oak Grove Cemetery, St. Louis, MI. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 17, 2010 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. at Smith Family Funeral Homes.

Pauline was born in Midland County, Michigan on May 29, 1932, the daughter of Paul and Gladys (Miller) Fenske. She graduated from St. Louis Schools, class of 1950. Pauline married Robert Vasold on July 1, 1950. He passed away on April 23, 1989. Pauline has resided in St. Louis for the past 35 years. She loved knitting, ceramics, quilting, gardening, cooking, baking, and spending time with her grandkids.

She is survived by her son Robert and Nanette Vasold of Ft. Myers, FL, son David and Geni Vasold of Howard City, MI, daughter Terri and Richard Demeres of Springfield, MA, son Randy and Kathy Vasold of Shepherd, MI, 5 grandchildren; Melissa Moore, Kara Tilot, Nicholas Vasold, Robert "R.J." Vasold, and Kerri Vasold, and 6 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband.
