Philip Ramon age 63 of Alma, Michigan died Sunday, October 7, 2007 at Ingham Regional Medical Center, Lansing, MI.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis Chapel St. Louis, MI on Friday, October 12, 2007 at 11:00 AM. will officiate with burial at Riverside Cemetery Alma, Michigan. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 11, 2007 from 2-8 P.M. with family present from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M.

Felipe was born in Alma, Michigan on October 22, 1943 the son of Sisto and Julia ( Martinez ) Ramon. He resided most of his life in Alma, Michigan and attended Alma Schools and then he earned his Master Licensed Electrical from IBEW. Philip married Barbara Ostrander in Ithaca, Michigan in 1966. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy. Philip was a retired Master electrican from IBEW Local #665. He enjoyed his family and activities with them. Philip was a member of the IBEW Local #665 out of Lansing, MI.

He is survived by 4 children; Jim Ramon & Tara Howard of Chesaning, MI, Lisa & Ernest Leiterman of Rockford, MI, Tony & Gretchen Ramon of Alma, MI, Rick Ramon & Marnie Centeno of Alma, MI, mother Julia Ramon of Alma, MI 8 grandchildren Madison Rae Ramon, Abigail Leiterman, Andrew Leiterman, Sarah Lindale, Alexander Leiterman, Gabriel Mae Ramon, Nicholas Centeno, Alex Centeno, and 5 siblings Eli & Eddie Ramon of Florida, Joe & Mary Esther Ramon of Sheperd, MI, Sally & Vivian Root of St. Louis, MI, Marty & Rose Ramon of Frankenmuth, MI, Mike Ramon of California. He is predeceased by his father.
