Phyllis Simunek

Phyllis I. Simunek died December 28, 2014 at the age of 97. She was born in Morrice, on January 21, 1917, the daughter of Elta Jay and Zoe (Bigelow) Beebe. Preceding her in death was her loving husband of 63 years Fred, her brothers, Bryce and Keith Beebe, sisters, Barbara Casady and Grace Alling.

Surviving are her daughters Tama Simunek, April Kephart, Beverly (Paul) Wilkes, Madeline (Robert) Arnold, eight grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

There will be a graveside service at 12 p.m. on Friday, January 2, 2015, at Mt. Rest Cemetery with Pastor Matt Olson officiating. For those wishing, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice. The family extends their heartfelt thanks to the staff of Holt Senior Care and Rehab for the care they gave Phyllis.
