Priscilla Lynne (Cordray) Cressman

     Priscilla Lynne Cressman, age 82 of St. Johns, MI passed away Monday, August 1, 2022, at Hospice House of Mid-Michigan, Lansing, MI.

     A Celebration of Life will be held at Hazel Findlay Country Manor, on Saturday, September 17, 2022, from 12-3 P.M..  Burial will be at Mt. Rest Cemetery, St. Johns, MI.

     Priscilla was born in St. Johns, Michigan on September 10, 1939, the daughter of Charles and Florence (Smead) Cordray. She graduated from Rodney B. Wilson High School with the class of 1957.  Priscilla married Donald L. Cressman on August 5, 1961, in St. Johns. Don passed away July 6, 2006.

      Priscilla managed a dime store in downtown St. Johns before she got married in 1961, then in 1963 she left to start a family. After her boys were older, she went back into retail. She was well known by her many regular customers as a pharmacy clerk at the St. Johns Walmart where she finally retired in 2019 after 25 years of service.

      She loved to bake especially around the holidays and to her family she was best known for her delicious sour cream sugar cookies. Priscilla enjoyed camping trips with her family and spending time with her grandchildren.

      She is survived by her sons: Jeffrey and Kris Cressman of DeWitt, MI; Michael Cressman of St. Johns, MI; grandchildren: Evan Cressman, Priscilla M. Cressman, Trevor Cressman and Nicholas and Hannah Cressman. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, her sister Charlene, her step-sisters and a step-brother.
