Randy Lee Stinson, age 61, of Owosso, MI passed away Friday, May 14, 2010 at Memorial Healthcare, Owosso.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes Jennings-Lyons Chapel Owosso, MI on Monday, May 17, 2010 at 11:00 A.M., Rev. John Walworth will officiate. Visitation will be held on Sunday May 16, 2010 from 1-7 PM at Smith Family Funeral Homes Jennings-Lyons Chapel.

Randy was born in Owosso, Michigan on January 31, 1949, the son of Eugene and Kathleen (Stewart) Stinson.

Randy married Sandy on October 1, 1994 in Corunna. He resided all of his life in Owosso.

Randy was the Owner and Operator of Modern Orthopedic Specialties for over 10 years. He also was a bartender at the Owosso Eagles Club where he was a member. Randy's pride and joy was restoring his 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback and camping in the U.P. His family and granddaughters were very important to him. Randy served his country in the U.S. Army National Guard.

He is survived by his wife Sandy Stinson of Owosso, MI, son Troy and Robin Stinson of Ovid, MI, daughter Tori and Brent Winiarski of Corunna, MI, granddaughters; Rachel, Carli and Emma Warren of Corunna, MI, Taylor Stinson of Ovid, MI, step-grandchildren; Bradyn and Chase Winiarski of Corunna, MI, sister Genia and Dave Kerby of Owosso, MI, brother Rick Stinson of Owosso, MI, and sister Terri and Jim Schutt of Greenwood, IN. He is also survived by nieces & nephews Robert Kerby, D'Ann Edl, Jennifer Rakow & Kim Taylor. Randy was preceded in death by his parents, nephews Trent Stinson and Christopher Schutt.
