Ray Risley

Ray Warren Risley age 90 of St. Louis, Michigan died January 14, 2005 at his home.
Ray was the son of Edwin & Lucy (Coots) Risley, born in Midland County, Michigan on July 9, 1914. He resided most of his life in Gratiot County, Michigan. On September 1, 1949 he married Sarah Myrtle Jones in Breckenridge, Michigan.
He had worked for Hart Brothers Elevator and retired from Ithaca Elevator Company in Ithaca, Michigan.
Survivors include his wife, Sarah Myrtle Risley of St. Louis, Michigan, 1 daughter Doris & Bernard Jones of Alma, Michigan, 2 sons Michael & Terri Sue Risley of Ashley, Michigan, and a son Richard, 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 1 sister Viola Pennington of Pennsylvania. He was predeceased by his parents, a daughter Susan Stewart, several sisters & brothers.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 18, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. at Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis Chapel. Visitation will be Monday form 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. Rev. John Powers, Rev. Emma Neff & Rev. Lena Carl will officiate and burial will take place in Ridgelawn Cemetery, in Breckenridge, Michigan. Memorials can be made to a charity of the donora�(TM)s choice.
