Richard David “Dick” Stutzman

     Richard David “Dick” Stutzman, age 79, of Elsie, MI, passed away Thursday, September 8, 2022, at Memorial Healthcare, Owosso, Michigan.

     Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Elsie Chapel, on Monday, September 12, 2022, at 11:00 A.M., with Pastor Mona Kindel officiating.  Burial will take place at Riverside Cemetery, Elsie. Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2022, from 4-6 P.M. at the funeral home.

     Dick was born in Johnstown, PA on May 6, 1943, the son of Robert Stutzman and Ardene (Lynch) Graham.  He married Gail Faye Stanley on September 29, 1962, in Tonawanda, New York.  They were blessed with 59 years of marriage and she survives him.  He worked for Johnson Controls in Owosso for 28 years.  He enjoyed fishing, old cars, playing slot machines on his home computer.  He also enjoyed watching old westerns.

     He is survived by his wife Gail Stutzman, of Elsie, MI; three daughters:  Terry Stutzman of Owosso, MI; Nora Loos of Owosso, MI; Debra and Ken Russell of Kinross, MI; one son, Richard and Karen Stutzman, Jr., of Elsie, MI; ten grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.  He is also survived by his brother Michael Stutzman of PA.  He was predeceased by his parents, one sister Mary, and four brothers: Robert, Eugene, Mark, and Alvin.
