Robert "Bob" Paul Moon, Jr.

     Robert Paul "Bob" Moon, Jr., age 81, of Ithaca, MI, passed away Monday, January 15, 2024, peacefully at home surrounded by his family. 

      A Graveside Service will be held at Eureka Cemetery, Eureka, MI, on Friday, April 19, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. with the welcoming of family and friends beginning at 1:00 P.M. at the cemetery.

     Bob was born in St. Johns, MI on September 1, 1942, the son of Robert Paul Sr. and Dorothy O. (Krepps) Moon. Bob married Judy Larsen on August 28, 1965 in Clinton County, MI. 

      Bob retired from General Motors after 30 years of service. Throughout his career at GM and after retirement Bob built and remodeled several homes for his family. He loved being in the garage working on vehicles with his grandson Kolton. Most of all Bob enjoyed time outside with his family and friends.  

    He is survived by his wife Judy Moon of Ithaca, MI; children: Lori Moon of Ithaca, MI; Traci Hartupee of Shepherd, MI; and Bryan (Julie) Moon of Ashley, MI; grandchildren: Kolton, Ty, Derek, and Kara; brothers: Dean (MaryLou) Moon and Gary (Mary) Moon and several nieces and nephews.    He was preceded in death by his parents Robert Sr. and Dorothy Moon and his sister Patricia Draper.
