Robert Snyder

Robert Alvin Snyder age 63 of Corunna, Michigan died Sunday, March 4, 2007 at his home.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 9, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Corunna Chapel Corunna, MI. Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. - time of service at 2:00 P.M. Pastor David Woodby will officiate. Burial will be held at Great Lakes National Cemetery.

Robert was born in Goodrich, Michigan on January 11, 1944 the son of Robert and Gladys ( Faust ) Snyder. He resided most of his life in Florida, before moving to Corunna in 1998. He graduated from Goodrich High School in Goodrich Michigan, and University of Michigan in Flint. Robert married Joanne Feick on October 15, 1994 in Miami, Florida. He worked as the Director of Maintenance for the Maimi Transit Authority in Miami until 1996. Robert was a member of the Dog & Gun Club in Shiawassee County.

He is survived by his wife Joanne Snyder of Corunna, MI, 2 daughters; Stephanie Miller of Owosso, MI, Virginia Krenson of Tamarac, FL, 1 son Eugean T. & Kathlean Krenson of Fayetteville, GA, and grandchildren; Samantah Krenson, Michael Miller, Justin Miller, and Grace Miller. He is predeceased by his parents, 1 son Robert T. Snyder, 1st wife Lillian Snyder, and 1 sister Mary Weiss.

Memorials may be made in lieu of flowers to the family. The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, Corunna Chapel.
