Robert Sprague

Age 61 of Corunna, passed away Thursday, February 5, 2004 at his home in Corunna, Michigan.
Mr. Sprague retired from General Motors, Buick Plant in Flint in 1993. He also served in the U.S. Army. He was a big supporter of Corunna Public Schools sports program and attended many events throughout the years. He also had a great love of Michigan State University. Bob also enjoyed gardening.
Services will be held at the Smith Family Funeral Homes, Corunna Chapel, Monday, February 9, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. Pastor James Rose will officiate with burial at Pine Tree Cemetery, Corunna, MI. Visitation at the funeral home will be Saturday 6 to 8 p.m. and Sunday 2 to 8 p.m. with family present 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
Bob was born in Owosso, Michigan, June 25, 1942, the son of Ivan M. and Marvel M. (Grant) Sprague. He lived in Corunna all of his life.
Survivors include: three sisters, Jackie Flynn of Owosso, MI, Sandra (Eric) Schleef of Indianapolis, IN, JoEllen Hartley (Richard Clark) of Owosso, MI; two brothers, James (Beth) Sprague of Punta Gorda, FL, Mick (Mary) Sprague of Stanton MI, and Englewood, FL; and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by: his parents, and 2 nephews, Kenny and Jacob Sprague.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Shiawassee county Community Foundation or Charity of donora�(TM)s choice. The family is being served by the Smith Family Funeral Homes, Corunna Chapel.
