Robin Marie Sutliff age 61, of Bannister, MI, passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, MI.

Funeral Services will be held at Duplain Church of Christ, St. Johns, MI, on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 11:00 A.M., with Mr. Chuck Emmert officiating.  Burial will take place at Ridge Road Cemetery, Brady Township, MI. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 10, 2019 from 4:00-8:00 P.M. and also on Friday, January 11, 2019 from 2-8 P.M. with family present from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. at Smith Family Funeral Homes Elsie, MI.

Robin was born in Mio, MI on March 27, 1957, the daughter of Alger and Geraldine (Bullock) MacAuley.  She graduated from Fairview High School with the class of 1976. On August 25, 1990, she married Dallas Sutliff at First Church of Christ, Owosso, MI.

Robin had worked at Glenn's Market in Mio, Regal Plastics in Owosso and also at Village Food Pride in Ovid. Robin and Dallas also owned and operated their own business Prestige Prints in Owosso for many years. Robin had most recently been a certified nurse’s aide at Ashley Care Center and also at Hazel Findlay Country Manor in St. Johns.  She was a farmer’s wife and was willing to do anything to make their purebred and commercial Hereford cattle farm successful.  Robin's family was very important to her, she spent her life taking care of them and putting their needs first.  She was a member of Duplain Church of Christ.

She is survived by her husband of 28 years Dallas Sutliff of Bannister, MI; children: Heather Cowgar of Dearborn, MI; April Sutliff of Bannister, MI; David and Leslie Sutliff of Ashley, MI; Jason and Shannon Sutliff of Holiday, FL; grandchildren: Christopher Sutliff and Liam Cowgar; and her siblings: Ron and Darlene MacAuley, Gloria (Jeannie) Hensley, Dr. Richard MacAuley, Arlene McConnell, Patricia McCracken, Brian and Dawn MacAuley, and brother in law Richard Pokrefky.  She is also survived by many special nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, and siblings: Faye Reeves, Delores Pokrefky, Dennis MacAuley, Shirley & LeRoy Jarrad, Donna Cotie, and Greg MacAuley.
