Ronnie Saylor, Sr.

Ronnie Keith Saylor, Sr., age 79 of Durand, Michigan formerly of Ashley area, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at Covenant Healthcare Center, Saginaw, Michigan.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes Elsie, MI., on Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at 1:00 P.M., with Pastor Dave Perry officiating.  Burial will take place at Riverside Cemetery, Elsie, Michigan. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service.

Ronnie was born in Elsie, Michigan on August 24, 1941, the son of Earl K. and Frances E. (Easterling) Saylor. Ronnie served his country in the in the U.S. Navy. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and watching baseball and football.

He is survived by 2 daughters: Cynthia and Keith Keusch, and Robin and Chuck Davis; 3 sons: Ronnie and Denny Sue Saylor, Randy and Rosanne Saylor, Ricky and Stacie Saylor; 13 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren; 2 sisters: Shirley and Fred Ringle, and Sherry and Larry Stoneman; 1 brother Tommie Saylor; and Ronnie's companion Linda Olin.  He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Ronnie was predeceased by his parents and his sister-in-law Bessie Saylor.
