Rosalene Peck

Rosalene E. "Rosie" Peck age 70 of Elsie, Michigan died on Saturday, March 11, 2006 at her home. Funeral services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Elsie, Michigan on Wednesday, March 15, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. Mrs. Kathy Leydorf will officiate and burial will take place at Riverside Cemetery, Elsie, Michigan. Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 14, 2006 from 2-8 P.M. with the family present 2-4 & 6-8 P.M.
Rosalene was born on March 3, 1936 in Owosso, Michigan, the daughter of William V. & Rose ( Kadera ) Zatocil. She graduated from Elsie High School with the class of 1954 and resided most of her life in Elsie, Michigan. On July 31, 1976 she married Carl Peck in Lansing, Michigan. She was a homemaker who enjoyed working in her yard especially loved to work in her flowers.
Survivors include her husband Carl Peck of Elsie, Michigan, 4 sons, James & Linda Bensinger of Uehling, Nebraska, John & Yvonne Bensinger of Perry, Michigan, Michael Bensinger of Flint, Michigan and David & Deborah Bensinger of Boise, Idaho, Daughter in- law, Sandy Bensinger of Swartz Creek, Michigan, 9 grandchildren and one great-grandchild, her mother, Rose V. Day of Elsie, Michigan and one brother Gary & Ruth Zatocil of Waterford, Michigan. She was predeceased by her father, and one sister, Marveen Zatocil.
Memorials may be made to Sparrow Cancer Foundation or Sparrow Hospital Hospice Program.
