Ruth Whitmore

Ruth Carrie Whitmore, age 72, of St. Louis, Michigan died Saturday, August 27th, 2011 at Masonic Pathways , Alma, Michigan.

A Memorial Service will be held at St. Louis First Church of God, St. Louis, Michigan on Thursday, September 8th at 6:00 P.M., Pastor Nathan Workman will officiate.

Ruth was born in Carson City, Michigan on May 16, 1939, the daughter of Lawrence E. and Bessie Joyce (Garner) Daniels. She resided most of her life Middleton until moving to St. Louis, Michigan.
On May 31 she married Jack Whitmore, Jack predeceased her in July of 2002. She was a homemaker and enjoyed doing needle point, playing cards. Ruth was also a member of the Red Hat Society, and the St. Louis First Church of God in St. Louis.
She is survived by her many friends and her church family.
