Scott Elliott Saxton

     Scott Elliott Saxton, age 66, of Alma, MI, passed away Thursday, November 16, 2023.

     A Memorial Service will be held on his birthday next year, May 19, 2024.  The time and place will be shared later.

     Scott was born in Alma, Michigan on May 19, 1957, the son of Robert E. and Phyllis C. (McCallum) Saxton.  He was a graduate of Alma High School.

     Scott was proud that he served his country in the United States Army.  He loved his cats and wanted to make sure they were cared for.  Scott loved to walk and talk with others.  He had a very gregarious and outgoing personality.  Scott made many friends wherever he went. 

     He is survived by his brother Robert and Jennifer Saxton, Jr.; sister Cathy Saxton; sister Cheryl, and Jerry Leonard; sister Linda Meister; sister Tammy Furlong.  Scott is also survived by nieces & nephews:  Gina, David, Michael, Matthew, Nicole, Andrew, Zebediah, and Danielle.  Scott was preceded in death by his parents, sisters: Connie Saxton and Cindy Saxton and also his nephew Edward.
