Sharon Lee Moore-Greene, age 68, of Breckenridge, Michigan died Sunday, September 26, 2010 at Gratiot Medical Center, Alma, Michigan.
Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, 1333 East Center Street, Ithaca, Michigan, on Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at 11:00 am, Mr. Keith Wise will officiate. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 28, 2010 from 2-8 P.M. with family present 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Ithaca Chapel.
Sharon was born in Monroe, Michigan on October 13, 1941, the daughter of Louis and Thelma (Ream) Kingsley. On April 1, 1992 Sharon married Richard Greene in Ithaca, Michigan. She worked for the State of Michigan, Department of Agriculture, she loved animals and working in her flower garden. Sharon was an avid photographer. She had resided in Bath, and moved to Breckenridge, Michigan after her marriage. She was a member of the O.E.S. as a former Worthy Matron. Sharon was also a member of the St. Louis Church of Christ.
Survivors include her husband Richard Greene of Breckenridge, Michigan, 1 daughter Linda and George Reed of Midland, Michigan, 4 sons; Matthew and Peggy Shepard of Perry, Michigan, Timothy Shepard of Six Lakes, Michigan, Dennis and Linda Greene of Morley, Michigan, Michael and Kathleen Greene of Pierson, Michigan. Many grandchildren & great grandchildren also survive her. Sharon was predeceased by her parents, and a sister, Carolyn Kingsley.
