Sharon Marie (Deline) Pyman

    Sharon Marie Pyman, age 81 of St. Louis, MI, went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, May 27, 2023, surrounded by her family.

      Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes St. Louis, MI at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, June 1, 2023, with Pastor Nathan Workman and Pastor Jake Gregory officiating.  Burial will take place at Oak Grove Cemetery, St. Louis, MI. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 1, 2023 from 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. prior to the service at the funeral home.

    Sharon was born in Alma, MI, on August 26, 1941, the daughter of Willis and Dorothea Ida (Kenyon) Deline.  She was a graduate of St. Louis High School.

     Sharon loved her grandchildren.  She had a deep appreciation for life and literally loved to stop and smell the roses, she was always happy.  Sharon enjoyed gardening, camping, road trips and color tours.  She was a woman of great faith and shared that with her family and others.  Spending time with family and friends brought her great joy. Her caretakers, Sheila, Margie and Glenda were her friends and kept her engaged in life's enjoyments. Sharon was member of the St. Louis Church of God for many years and most recently she was a member of Restoration 58:12 Congregation in St. Louis. 

       She is survived by her daughter Tina Hicks of St. Louis, MI; daughter Jennifer and Gregory Friend of St. Louis, MI; grandchildren: Matthew Welch, Paul Hicks, and Amber Archuleta; great-granddaughter Ariah Armola;  her sister Connie Homister of St. Louis, MI. Sharon is also survived by many friends, nieces, cousins and step-grandchildren.  Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ken Pyman, her brother Mike Deline, her nephew Brent Beechler, and her niece Sarah Collinge.
