Shirley Snyder

Shirley E. Snyder, age 76, passed away June 27, 2013 in Gratiot Co, MI. She was born on May 25, 1937, in Alma, the daughter of Rolland and Gladys (Husted) Rausch. Shirley was a cook at the Cloverleaf Restaurant for many years. She married Dale Snyder on June 27, 1983, and he survives her.

Also surviving are her children, Debbie, Connie, Candy, Elmer and Melanie, four step-children, Dale Jr., Brian, David and Bruce, two brothers, Allan and Sonny, two sisters, Katherine and Becky and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren, also several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, son Mark and sister Patty.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday July 1, 2013 at the Osgood Funeral Home in St. Johns, burial following at Mt. Rest Cemetery with Pastor Ellen Zienert officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made in memory of Shirley to the American Cancer Society. The family was served by The Osgood Funeral Homes.
