Terry Knapp

Terry Lee Knapp age 60 of St. Louis, Michigan died November 15, 2007 at Grand Rapids Home For Veterans.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis Chapel St. Louis, MI on Saturday, November 17, 2007 at 11:00 AM. Pastor Lillian French will officiate with burial at Pine Grove Cemetery Gratiot County, Michigan. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 16, 2007 from 5-8 P.M.

Terry was born in Carson City, Michigan on September 7, 1947 the son of Lloyd D. and Mabel ( McWilliams ) Knapp. He was a life long resident of St. Louis, MI and graduated from St. Louis High School with the class of 1966. Terry proudly served his country as a U.S. Army soldier in Vietnam from December 1966 to November 1968.

He is survived by his son Nathan Knapp, grandson Adam Bissell, and granddaughter Amber Bissell all of St. Louis, MI, brother Ronald & Janice Knapp of St. Louis, MI, sister Sandra Campbell of St. Louis, MI, special nieces Tara & Kip Beard, Heather Brown, special nephew Aaron & Pamela Munderloh, several nieces & nephews from his brother Ronald Knapp & sister Virginia Benfield. He is predeceased by his parents, daughter Shannon (Knapp) Bissell, and sister Virgina "Gini" (Knapp) Benfield.

Memorials may be made to the Grand Rapids Home For Veterans, Grand Rapids, Michigan. The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis, MI.
