Terry Martin Parsley

     Terry Martin Parsley, age 71, of St. Johns, MI, passed away Monday, February 24, 2025, at University of Michigan Health-Sparrow Lansing, MI. 
     Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes - Osgood Chapel, St. Johns, MI, at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, March 3, 2025, with Kathryn Strouse officiating. Burial will take place at Lowe Cemetery, Essex Twp., MI. Visitation will take place on Monday from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home. 
     Terry was born in Muncie, Indiana on January 31, 1954, the son of Travis Martin and Elvirda Mae (Saylors) Parsley. Terry married Patricia Nicholas on May 10, 1996. Terry retired from General Motors after 30 of service. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, and spending time outdoors. Terry had many paintings displayed with the Clinton County Arts Council. He was a member of UAW Local 652. 
     He is survived by his wife Patricia Parsley; stepson Westley and Kourtney Barrett, Jr.; granddaughters: Victoria and Loralai Barrett; his siblings: Travis and Shelly Parsley, Jr., and Gina Stone; sister-in-law Debra Kay Nicholas; brother-in-law Tim and Bonny Nicholas; nieces & nephews: Alicia, Chad, Tara, Christina, Torrie, Angel, Brian, Cody, and Kyle; great-nieces: Lilly, Ember, Paisley, and Dominique; great-nephews: Ethan, Odin, Parker, Garrett, Adam, William, Zach, and Ryan. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Ronnie Parsley, his sister Pam Cantrell, brother-in-law Scott Nicholas and several aunts and uncles.
