Timmy Good

It is with deep sadness that the family of Timmy "Tim" Lynn Good, age 73, of Brant, MI, announce his passing on Sunday, February 7, 2021, at Sparrow Health Systems, Lansing, MI.

Tim was born in Owosso, MI on February 13, 1947, the son of Donald and Shirley (Taylor) Good.  Tim is survived by his girlfriend Marlene, his children; Jeff (Tina P.) Good of GA, Tammy (Vicky W.) Good of FL, Scottie Good, and Jennifer Good; twelve grandchildren and two great grandchildren; his brothers: Bill (Irene) Good and Terry (Vicki) Good, and several nieces and nephews.

Though Tim was a tiny guy in stature, he had the biggest heart and the kindest soul. He was sharp witted, had a great sense of humor and simply loved life! While Tim was quite the ladies’ man, it was Marlene who stole his heart and they were together more than 40 years. Tim’s simple pleasures took him on joy rides perusing the country roads, listening to Polka and enjoying his favorite beverage.  His other interests included camping, fishing and hunting. A little “Tim Trivia”, he was a really good harmonica player.  Dad, you will be greatly missed and forever leave a void in our heavy hearts! Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Shirley Good, and his sister Cheryl Good.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes Elsie, MI, on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at 2:00 P.M.  Visitation will be held on Saturday from 12:00 P.M. until the time of the service. Burial will take place at Marion Township Cemetery, Marion Springs, MI.
