Timothy Fetters

Timothy Charles "Tim" Fetters, age 46, of Michigan City, IN, passed away due to an accident on Saturday, March 20, 2021.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis, MI, on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at 1:00 P.M., with Pastor Doug Strait officiating. Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service at the funeral home.

Tim was born in Alma, MI on February 27, 1975, the son of Charles and Debra (Woodbury) Fetters. He graduated from St. Louis High School with the class of 1993. Tim was a supervisor for Hoosierland Directional Drilling and Excavating in South Bend, IN. He supervised several crews installing fiber optic cable.

Tim was larger than life. He was very friendly and his laugh was contagious. He was always the life of the party. To know him was to love him! He loved kids and his dogs. Tim was very generous with his time and his money. He loved his granddaughter and enjoyed buying gifts for her. He was an outdoors man who enjoyed hunting, fishing, canoeing, and archery. He was always ready for anything adventurous. His family meant everything to him.

Tim is survived by his children: Keisha Jermolowicz of Mt. Pleasant, Paige Fetters of Michigan City, IN, Timothy James Fetters of Wheeler; and granddaughter Johanna Jermolowicz. He is also survived by his parents Charles and Debra Fetters of Breckenridge, sister Heather (Bill) Lewis of St. Louis, nephew Brandon Jessup and niece Samantha Allen.  Tim was preceded in death by his grandparents: Leon and Annabelle Woodbury and Alva and Lucille Fetters.
