Traci Boughner

Traci Renae Boughner, age 40, of Westland, MI formerly of Maple Rapids, MI died Sunday, September 23, 2012 at Oakwood Annapolis Hospital, Wayne, MI.

A Memorial Service will be held at Eureka Christian Church, Eureka, MI on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. with Rev. Keith Whipple officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 12:00 noon until the time of the service at the church.

Traci was born in Lansing, Michigan on October 15, 1971, the daughter of Bruce Jefferson and Cathy Elaine (Warren) Boughner. She graduated from Fulton High School in 1990. Traci worked as an Agency Coordinator for FOCUS: Hope in Detroit, MI. Traci loved Michigan football, Detroit Redwings, Tigers and Pistons, and NASCAR races. Traci enjoyed salsa dancing, yoga, working out, traveling and tennis. She was passionate about furthering breast cancer research and volunteering with Relay for Life.

Traci is survived 2 sons; Austin & Dominic of Westland, MI, her parents Bruce and Cathy Boughner of Maple Rapids, MI, brother Todd and Nickole Boughner of St. Johns, MI, nephew Matthew, Aunt Nancy Allen of Maple Rapids, MI and many cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Uncle Donald Allen, Uncle Bud and Aunt Lois Warren.
