Velma Louise Price

      Velma Louise Price, age 94, of St. Johns, MI, passed away Thursday, January 9, 2025, at home with her family by her side.
      A Memorial Service will be held at a later date at South Bingham Township Cemetery. St. Johns, MI.
      Velma was born in Lebanon Township, Michigan on May 7, 1930, the daughter of Arthur and Edith Mae (Goyings) Mudget. On May 12, 1951, Velma married Stanley Morris Price in Angola, IN. They were married nearly forty-one years prior to his death on March 5, 1992.
     Velma loved her family dearly and dedicated her life to caring for them. They always loved picking on her. She liked to spent time with her family. She enjoyed shopping at garage sales, doing puzzles and word searches. Velma liked to tend her flowers, and collecting owls.
     She is survived by six children: Judy (Laurence) Wineland, David (Treasa) Price, Jill (Jeff) Wing, Ronald (Jody Steffen) Price, James (Brenda) Price, and Becky (Darrell) Lange; thirteen grandchildren: Michael (Jen) Wineland, Jeremy Price, Tiffany Faidley, Jennifer George, Jody Weiferich, Jennifer Wing, Hunter Price, Jackie Andrus, Jamie Drabek, Jessica Price, Holly (Mike) Baatz, Chad (Nikki) Lange, and Brad (Kelly) Lange; fourteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter, with one on the way, sister-in-law Ardith Mudget, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Stanley, and six siblings: Stanley (Pauline) Mudget, Lyle (Helen) Mudget, Gerald Mable) Mudget, Mildred (Tony) Limon, Joyce (Al) Sheldon, and Harold Mudget.
