Violetta Wallace

Violetta Marcella Wallace age 73 of Ithaca, MI passed away Monday, March 6, 2017 at Mid-Michigan Medical Center - Gratiot, Alma, MI.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date.

Violetta was born in Carson City, MI on January 29, 1944 the daughter of Cecil and Bertha (Chubb) Parker.  She was a graduate of Ithaca High School and resided most of her life in Ithaca.  Violetta loved to play bingo and crochet.  She also enjoyed fishing, bowling, and watching cooking shows on television.

She is survived by her husband William Wallace of Ithaca, MI, daughter Candy Peoples and Allen Kelley of Pompeii, MI, son Dan Wallace of Ithaca, MI, daughter Penny and Wilbur Parsons of Whiteland, IN, son Roger and Marci Wallace of North Star, MI, son Billy Wallace of Ithaca, MI, 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 3 sisters; Arlene and Harold Hammond of Midland, MI, Pearline and Ronald Massey of Breckenridge, MI, Karen and Dan Comine of Breckenridge, MI, brother Carl and Bonnie Parker of St. Louis, MI, and many nieces and nephews.  Violetta was preceded in death by her parents, granddaughter Stephanie Wallace, 1 brother and 2 sisters.
