Vivian Lucille Lover age 79 of Chapin Township, Michigan died Tuesday August 10, 2004at Sparrow Hospital, Lansing, Michigan.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Elsie Chapel. Pastor John James, Pastor Glen Vibbert & Dr. George Somers will officiate with burial at Ford Cemetery, Gratiot County, Michigan. Visitation will be held Thursday, August 12, 4-8 P.M. & Friday, August 13, 2-8 P.M.
Vivian was born in Chapin Township, Michigan on August 15, 1924 the daughter of Orville & Edith ( Howard ) Criner. Vivian married Robert Eugene Lover on January 22, 1940 at United Brethren Church in Brady Township, MI. Robert died on September 6, 1980. She worked at Lear Corporation in Elsie, MI. Loved to garden and do yard work. She also enjoyed helping others. She was a member of Racy Free Methodist Church in Chapin Township, Michigan and the Fenmore Ladies Aid Society. She resided most of life: Chapin Township, Michigan
She is survived by her son Gerald & Pat Lover of Adrian, MI, son Alton & Linda Lover of Durand, MI, son Ronald & Teri Lover of Elsie, MI, son Roger & Sandee Lover of Elsie, MI, 18 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, brother Lloyd & Norma Criner of Elsie, MI, sister Joyce & George Somers of Derby Lake, MI, sister Arlis Bishop of Matton, MI. She was predeceased by her parents, husband, and 2 daughters June & Diane Lover
