Wesley J. Bush age 63 of Rosebush, Michigan formerly of Elsie, Michigan died Wednesday, May 23, 2007 at Gratiot Medical Center Alma, MI.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Johns Chapel St. Johns, MI on Saturday, May 26, 2007 at 11:00 AM. Mr. Rick Alcaraz will officiate. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 25, 2007 from 2-8 P.M. with family present 2-4 & 6-8 P.M.

Wesley was born in Lansing, Michigan on February 2, 1944 the son of Wesley and Margaret ( Serrels ) Bush. He resided most of his life in Elsie, Lake George, & Rosebush, Michigan and graduated from Elsie High School with the class of 1964. Wesley married Julie Schray on October 17, 1964 in Laingsburg, Michigan. He retired from Motor Wheel in Lansing, Michigan, formerly owned and operated Lake George Campground and he also retired from Hitachi in Edmore in 2003. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening, hunting, fishing, and his grandchildren. Wesley was a former 4-H Leader & Boy Scout Leader, and a member of the Sons of the American Legion.

He is survived by his wife Julie Bush of Rosebush, MI, 1 daughter Barbara Bush of Farwell, MI, 3 sons John & Candy Bush of Ovid, MI, Mark & Brenda Bush of Ovid, MI, Doug & Becky Bush of Maple Rapids, MI, 11 grandchildren, 1 sister Sheila & Victor Lambert of Stockbridge, MI, 3 brothers Ronald & Regina Bush of Ovid, MI, Larry & Barbara Bush of Bannister, MI, Rick & Evelyn Bush of Elsie, MI, and many nieces & nephews. He is predeceased by his parents.

Memorials may be made to Kidney Foundation or the American Heart Association. The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Johns Chapel.
