William C.Bancroft

William J. C. Bancroft, age 75, passed away on October 1, 2014. He was born in St. Johns on December 24, 1938, the son of Guy and Helen Bancroft.

Bill is survived by his children, Melissa (Daniel) Rue of St. Johns, Laura (Joe) Harbenski of Maple Rapids, Wenda (Armond) Smith of St. Johns and Debbie (Gary) Shook of Perrinton, 9 grandchildren, Lyle Parkinson, Nicole (Tom) Furlano, Alesha (Jason) Haynie, Noel (Jessica) Smith, Amber (Eric) Martin, Billi Jo (Nic) Ney, Nina (Rick) Dibble, Eddie Parkinson and Cody Smith, 19 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, 2 brothers, Guy Bancroft and Rick (Retha) Bancroft, 1 sister, Kay (Bob) Gladstone and many, many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, son, William J.C. Bancroft, wives, Lois Anderson, Mary Vasilakis and Angie Gossios.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, October 5th, a viewing and visitation from 6-7 p.m., and a service to follow at 7 p.m. with Pastor Jerry Kissling officiating at the Osgood Funeral Home in St. Johns. Memorials may be made to a charity of the family's choice.
