William Elsea

William R. "Bill" Elsea, age 69, of St. Johns, Michigan died Monday, May 30, 2011.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes St. Johns Chapel St. Johns, MI. on Thursday, June 2, 2011 at 1:00 PM. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 from 12-8:00 pm and on Thursday, June 2, 2011 11:00 am until the time of service at Smith Family Funeral Homes St. Johns Chapel.

Bill was born in Owosso, Michigan on September 30, 1941, the son of Russell M. and Geneita (Georgia) Elsea. He married Mary Ritz on April 18, 1964. Bill was a retired brick layer of Local 9 and a member of the Moose & Eagles.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Mary Elsea, sister Kathleen Beasley of Harrison, MI, son Todd (Julee) Elsea, daughter Staci (Dale) Cole, son Rory (Lona) Elsea, daughter Deanna (Josh) Finch, son Devin (Angie) Elsea, all of St. Johns.
Grandchildren; Jeff Stewart, Magen & Kelsea Cole, Mat, Chris, Andrew & Alyssa Elsea, Allison & Anna Finch, Travis, Alex & Grace Elsea, great grandchildren; Justin, Jordynn & Hazel
brothers & sisters-in-law Bob and Dorothy Ritz, Paul Ritz, Barb and Steve Bucsi, many nieces & nephews and beloved dog Killa. Bill was preceded in death by his parents.
