William Machala

William "Muck" F. Machala, age 74, of Elsie, MI died Saturday, April 17, 2010 at his home.

There will be no services.

William was born in Flint, Michigan on May 29, 1935, the son of Frank and Anna (Jankovic) Machala. He graduated from Owosso High School with the class of 1955. He was married to Pat (Saxton Mead) Machala on May 29, 1981. Bill has resided in Elsie for the past 30 years. He retired from GM parts division in 1984. He loved farming, John Deere equipment, cutting wood, working in the yard, and polishing his truck. Bill loved spending time with his family and grandkids.

He is survived by his wife Pat Machala of Elsie, MI, 5 step children; Chris Mead of Lansing, MI, Greg and Sheri Mead of Casper, WY, Vicki Huska and Troy Delcamp of Owosso, MI, Neil Mead and Patty Brown of Bannister, MI, Brad and Carla Mead of Owosso, MI; 8 grandchildren. 3 step grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and a brother Robert G. Machala of Lennon, MI. He was preceded in death by his parents.
