William Marvin "Bill" Smith, age 60, of St. Louis, MI, passed away Saturday, February 27, 2021, at Mid-Michigan Medical Center, Alma, MI.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Nativity of the Lord Parish, Mt. St. Joseph Catholic Church, St. Louis, MI, at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, March 4, 2021. Burial will take place at Oak Grove Cemetery, St. Louis, MI. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 from 2-8 P.M. with family present from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. at Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis, MI. A prayer service will take place Wednesday at 7:30 P.M. at the funeral home.
William was born in Alma, Michigan on July 27, 1960, the son of Marvin and Charlotte (Ducham) Smith. He graduated from St. Louis High School. On October 7, 1995 Bill married Tina at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Alma, MI.
Bill enjoyed daily walks in St. Louis. He loved collecting post cards and memorabilia from St. Louis history. He also loved the outdoors and spending time in nature. He was a member of Mt. St. Joseph Catholic Church, St. Louis.
He is survived by his wife Tina Smith, children: Michaela Smith, Maverick Smith, and McKenzie Smith, sisters: Carol and Jim Allen, Pam and Cliff Allen and mother-in-law Juanita Torres. He was preceded in death by his parents Marvin and Charlotte, one sister Gloria Cicchetti and one brother Dale Smith.
