Wilma Pickell

Wilma J. Pickell, of St. Johns, died May 16, 2015 at the age of 67. Born October 5,1947, Wilma was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. She was also a loving foster parent in Clinton County for over 37 years. In 1966 she married Michael Allen Pickell and he survives her.

Also surviving are her children; Christine Sytek, Tim Pickell, Katrina Flick, Kari Pickell, Desiree Pickell, and Jacob Pickell; grandchildren, Chrystal Babbitt, James Sytek, Joshua Zech, Rikki Avery, Michael Pickell, Alaina Flick, Karrigan Flick, Dannielle Flick, Madasyn Peterson, and Lincoln Peterson; 4 great grandchildren; sisters, Colleen, Debbie, Rosie, and sister-in-law, Sharon; and best friend, Grandma Pat Pritchett. Wilma was preceded in death by her mother; Luella Kreiling; twin sons, Michael and Terry Pickell; brother, Terry Massie; and grandson, Timothy M. Pickell II.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday, May 19, 2015 and 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at the Osgood Funeral Home, 104 E. Cass Street, St. Johns, MI 48879. There will be no funeral services at this time. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Wilma may be made Clinton County DHS, c/o Kenton Schulze, 105 W. Tolles Rd., St. Johns, MI 48879. The funds will help support the children in foster care.
