Wilma Sitts

Wilma Elaine Sitts, age 83, of Wheeler, MI passed away Thursday, October 3, 2013 at her home.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis, MI. on Monday, October 7, 2013 at 11:00 A.M., with Pastor Wayne Shidler officiating. Burial will take place at Ridgelawn Cemetery, Breckenridge, MI. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 6, 2013 from 2-8 P.M. with family present from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.

Wilma was born in St. Louis, Michigan on June 15, 1930, the daughter of Clarence and Margaret (Sanders) Cochran. She married Earl LeRoy Sitts on August 3, 1956. Wilma loved crafting, sewing, knitting. She was a hairdresser, and also a homemaker and farmers wife.

She is survived by her husband LeRoy Sitts of Wheeler, stepmother Fern Cochran of Wheeler, MI, half sister Linda Cochran of Wheeler, MI, half brother Thomas Cochran of Cadillac, MI, 3 sisters in law; Eva Cochran of Mt. Pleasant, MI, Joyce Cochran of Georgia, and Joyce Cochran of St. Louis, MI, many nieces and nephews, and lots of great and great great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, 3 brothers, 1 sister, and a half sister.
